The Huffington Post, and every other media outlet on the planet, is reporting that Hillary Clinton will suspend her campaign and endorse Barack Obama on Friday.
This couldn’t come quick enough if you ask me. I believe that we cannot afford to have a full week of media coverage on Hillary, and talks of the VP […]

Breaking story from The Boston Globe:
In a major embarrassment to Republican leaders in Massachusetts and in the U.S. Senate, Jim Ogonowski, the party’s anointed candidate to challenge Democratic Senator John F. Kerry, failed by a razor-thin margin today to qualify for the GOP primary ballot.
Ogonowski was just 30 voter signatures short of the 10,000 needed […]

Tonight, our country has witnessed what few people ever thought could happen. Tonight, our country has risen to the challenge of putting race aside for the betterment of our country. Many said it could not be done. Many said it would not be done. For those that doubted this nation in their ability to elect […]

Well, after what seems like an eternity, the Democratic primary race is officially over today, in terms of contests that is.
Sen. Barack Obama certainly appears to have it wrapped up and several big sources indicate that he will claim that victory tonight in St. Paul during his speech. He will need to roll out roughly […]

According to a new Gallup poll just released today:
Large majorities of Democrats and independents, and even about half of Republicans, believe the president of the United States should meet with the leaders of countries that are considered enemies of the United States. Overall, 67% of Americans say this kind of diplomacy is a good idea.

According to CNN, a majority of the 17 remaining uncommitted Senators in the U.S. Senate will endorse Barack Obama at some point this week.
It appears that most of these endorsements will not come until after the South Dakota and Montana primaries tomorrow night.

According to the Politico today, the Clinton campaign staff members have been notified that the campaign will begin shedding staff members as early as Tuesday.
I would certainly take this an indication that the campaign will not continue to fight to the convention, as some have speculated within the campaign.
She is going to be speaking tomorrow […]

Over the last several days, a new problem has arisen for Barack Obama in the form of another pastor making ridiculous statements from the pulpit.
We know this story all too well, as no one will ever forget the hype that Rev. Jeremiah Wright caused with his statements just a few weeks back. At that time, […]

Well, it has been a relatively quite Sunday in the political world even though we did have a primary today.
Sen. Hillary Clinton has won the Puerto Rico primary, to no surprise of anyone following this race. It is an impressive victory, yet, no matter how impressive, you still can’t help but feel the meaningless aura […]

Imagine the irony in a story involving the Clinton campaign and the notion that they would want to unseat delegates.
From PoliTex:
Local Clinton supporters advocated Thursday for unseating ALL of the Democratic delegates from Collin County because their senate district conventions were held on the wrong day.
Yes, you read the right.
Clinton supporters are trying to unseat […]

Sen. John McCain yesterday, during a townhall meeting, said some things that are a little shocking….
So I can tell you that it is succeeding. I can look you in the eye and tell you it’s succeeding. We have drawn down to pre-surge levels. Basra, Mosul and now Sadr city are quiet and it’s long and […]

Searching for John McCain is a massive, online activism campaign designed to make at least ten million non-partisan, poll-tested, on-message voter contacts that reveal the damning truth about John McCain entirely through mainstream news reports and McCain’s […]
