Former NC Senator John Edwards made an appearance on the Today show this morning, but still has not officially endorsed either candidate for the 2008 Democratic nomination.

“I think right now Barack Obama has a better chance because it looks like he’s going to be the nominee.”

Although he didn’t actually endorse Obama, his comment shows who he likely predicts will win the nomination.

At this point, his endorsement would really mean very little, as the race is pretty much over anyway.
