Posted by Cory Perry as Barack Obama, General Commentary, Karl Rove
In a recent interview with GQ, Karl Rove once again attacked Sen. Barack Obama for not wearing a flag pin on the lapel of his suit.
There is only 1 problem here…….
Karl was not wearing a flag pin on his lapel.
DEPAULO: You’re not wearing a flag pin, Karl.
ROVE: Sometimes I do, sometimes I don’t. But I respect those who consciously get up in the morning and put a flag lapel pin on.
Right, so you respect people that do wear the pin, meaning you do not respect people that don’t, yet you are not wearing one?

1Karl Rove is an idiot, period. Between stuff like this, him being on Fixed News, and putting stories out there telling Obama how to fix the election, it makes me wonder how anyone can listen to this guy without calling him a comedian.
Reminds me a lot of Rush Limbaugh actually.

2I am a Disabled Veteran, my “flag pin” is my wheelchair that reminds me every day to vote for a candidate that will keep our promises to Veterans, use the military only when absolutely necessary, and restore the Constitution our soldiers are sworn to protect and uphold. I am supporting Barack Obama - he shows his patriotism every day - as he works to bring our troops home and improve the education system for our children. I find it ridiculous that anyone is more concerned about flag pins than the issues. Obama-Edwards 08!

3Stephanie, Thanks for your service. I commend you for your efforts and I agree with your comments. Barack Obama is the leader that this country needs in order to move us back into the right direction again.
